Shipping & Returns


Shipping Information

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order. All orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after they have been received.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.


Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders are shipped with PostNord.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.


International Shipping

International orders are shipped with PostNord. Once the parcel arrives in your destination country, it will be handed over to your local postal service for final delivery.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Please note that delivery times to Canada are currently longer than usual.

For shipment updates, we recommend using your tracking number via your local postal service’s website or contacting your local postal office directly.

Shipments to the United States are transferred to USPS, and shipments to the United Kingdom are handled by Royal Mail upon arrival.

Uncollected packages that are returned to us will be subject to a return fee of 350 SEK.


Customs Duties & Taxes (Non-EU Orders)

Orders shipped outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other charges upon arrival. These fees are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.


Returns

You may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us by email before sending any returns.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Once received, all items will be inspected.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customized products (such as belts, camera straps, or items with initials) and sample sale items are not eligible for return.

For returns from outside the EU, any customs duties or VAT incurred during the return process will be charged to the customer.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment within a few days. It may take 2–4 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

If you have not received your refund, please contact your bank or credit card provider before reaching out to us.


Sale Items

Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
